Neighborhood
Montclair is a super cool town. This home allows you to walk to Whole Foods if you want to pick up groceries and fresh produce, restaurants/bars, the Museum and shopping all along Bloomfield Avenue. You can walk to anything and of course getting in and out of NYC is either 700 steps or about 1 mile down the block for the bus or the train.
Guest Access
This apartment is rented as 2 bedroom with the option to add a sleeping mattress (either twin or queen) that can be set up in the living room. There is a king Size bedroom and full size bedroom. (No smoking on property--no cigarette butts left on the ground.) There is a washer/dryer in the apartment which is only for guests staying 7 days or longer. If you are facing the front of the house, the entrance is on the left side of the house facing the teal blue house. If you park in the back driveway, and facing the back of the house, the entrance is on the right side of the house (both facing West).
